PG's Bar à Manger --- smart burger place !

Crossing the rue de Rennes, starving a bit yesterday, we stopped at this tiny burger place, called PG's.

The owner, a New Yorker, welcomed us with a friendly smile and a sense of humor.

His wife, from Czech Republic, is working with him.

You can find a selection of yummy burgers, salads, pancakes and a dish of the day as well. Brunch on saturdays at 15 euros, without drinks.

Beers are from Czech Republic, Marseille, Belgium, nicely arranged on shelves...

Wines by the glass are available for frenchies like to be, to go with burgers.

Two rooms, one downstairs and one on the ground floor with alltogether 30 seats, funky decoration.

It seems this place is American, French and Czech.

Burgers between 12.90 euros and 14.90 euros :

served on a big black square plate, with good beef, onions, picles, melted cheese, sliced tomatoes, home made crunchy potatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise, and a nice mixed salad

Interesting coffee selection from all over the world

Opened

from 8:30 am to 8 pm

except saturdays from 11am to 6 pm

closed on sundays.

Peacing advice guys : Go, go, go !

Viva Samedi, la seul jour du Big Brunch et aujourd'hui; la mini hamburger PG's style, un Gambas burger toute en finesse, wraps a la caprese, mini Hot Pastrami surn coleslaw, emmenthal et Poilane, salade, pancake a la framboise chaude et créme anglaise. 15 euros. What are you waiting for?
